Mad about media?

Welcome to SAIBT, a proven pathway to second year of the University of South Australia (UniSA).

If you are mad about media and have a minimum TER score of 50 then the SAIBT Diploma of Arts can get you on track to study Arts at UniSA in as little as eight months.

The Diploma of Arts consists of eight courses of study. These courses are the same as those studied in first year university and provide the foundation for specialised study in UniSA Arts bachelor degree programs.

Students who successfully complete their SAIBT Diploma program with a Grade Point Average of at least 4.0 will be eligible for admission to the second year of a relevant Bachelor degree program at UniSA.

SAIBT’s very close relationship with UniSA means that you will be studying a UniSA curriculum, delivered by UniSA staff on a UniSA campus. Click here for a complete course description.

Admission requirements

Satisfactory completion of Year 12 studies with a minimum TER score 50 or equivalent work experience.

Students who do not achieve direct entry into a SAIBT diploma should consider SAIBT's Certificate IV in University Foundation Studies.

Equivalent Full-Time Student Load (EFTSL) = 0.125 per subject
